All hotels added to Hotels Rewards, will have commercial presence of the services they offer to their customers, however Hotels Rewards is not responsible for the partial or incorrect information furnished by the hotel built. The percentage of points awarded by each company for their members is the responsibility of each company, not having any interference Hotels Rewards, just as the parameters for the redemption of points by the customer shall be solely responsible affiliated hotels built.
